Adaptive Mountain Biking
Catalyst Sports was proud to partner with Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park; Montgomery County Parks; M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County; and Mid Atlantic Off-Road Enthusiasts to bring four weekends of Adaptive Mountain Biking to the DC Metro Area in 2025!

This initiative was more than just a ride—it was first step in building a sustainable Adaptive Mountain Bike (aMTB) community in the DC Metro area. Catalyst Sports used 2025 programming to recruit riders and train volunteers with the goal of launching aMTB programming in 2026.

2026 aMTB Dates
We have a limited number of bikes. Athletes are only allowed to register for 2 events. If you are interested in riding more than that, please fill out this form here for the season waiting list. We will do our best to get you up and riding.

Adaptive Rock Climbing
Indoor Rock Climbing: We host monthly adaptive climbing clinics for youth and adults with a wide range of physical disabilities. These sessions are open to all levels of climber from those who have never climbed before to experienced climbers looking for regular opportunities to climb with others.
Location: We now climb at 2 locations in the DC/Baltimore area!
