Adaptive Rock Climbing
Indoor Rock Climbing: We host monthly adaptive climbing clinics for youth and adults with a wide range of physical disabilities. These sessions are open to all levels of climber from those who have never climbed before to experienced climbers looking for regular opportunities to climb with others.
There are two locations in Nashville offering Adaptive Climbing Programs: Climb Nashville and The Crag.
Location: Climb Nashville, 3600 Charlotte Ave, Nashville TN
Time: 4th Sunday of each month, 4pm - 6pm
Location: The Crag, 15115 Old Hickory Blvd Nashville, TN 37211
Time: 1st Saturday of each month, 9am - 12pm
Volunteer: Interested in supporting our adaptive climbers? We require belay certified volunteers for this role. All climbing volunteers must complete our adaptive climbing volunteer training before beginning. Register below to get started.

Time: 3rd Tuesday of the month, 5pm-7pm
*Note: our April 2024 event will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month due to a schedule conflict. We will be climbing on Tuesday April 23rd, 2024.
